Ink Dynasty refillable ink cartridges are designed specifically for refilling. With our refillable cartridges, you don’t need to toss them into the garbage and clog up your local landfill. These carts can be easily refilled over and over again. Refilling is as easy as removing a rubber plug from the top, squirting in a syringe full of ink and fitting the plug back in. Refillable ink cartridges featured on this page are supplied with auto-resetting (ARC) ink level chips, you don't need a Chipset Resetter or any other software/hardware to reset the ink levels. ARC chips reset automatically, when an "empty" cartridge is removed from printer and installed back in (with power ON). The reset technology is built into the cartridge chip and does it all itself.

Can I exchange or return my Order?
You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
All goods must arrive in their original and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. Shipping is non-refundabe.
When returning to us you must send parcel with tracking and email us the tracking number.
Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the case of faulty or incorrect items you will need to coordinate this through our customer service team. To allow us to investigate the error, please email us a photo of the faulty or incorrect items and provide them with your invoice. Once this has been investigated you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
Our Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from international addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.
