How Do I Place An Order?
When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered before your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent directly to you within seconds! After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt please review it upon receipt to check for any errors. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us, please contact us.
Istxpress is small but productive! We ship from our warehouse in Vancouver BC. We'll work to get everything shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 1 business days of the order being placed and should arrive 5-7 days later. We ship most packages via Canada Post & USPS.

Orders under $50.00 are charged a flat rate of $6.50
Orders over $50.00 are shipped FREE
Shipping Rates to USA†
Orders under $50.00 that are shipping to the contiguous U.S. are charged a flat rate of $4.95.
Orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. over $50.00 are shipped FREE (HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam, etc. excluded).
Returns & Refunds
You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
All goods must arrive in their original, new and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
When returning to us you must send parcel with tracking and email us the tracking number.
Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the case of faulty or incorrect items you will need to coordinate this through our customer service team. To allow us to investigate the error, please email us : ( ) a photo of the faulty or incorrect items and provide them with your invoice. Once this has been investigated you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
Change of Style or Size
Please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with this process. Exchange of style or size must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Our Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from international addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.
